I’m motivated by two stats: 65% of humans are visual learners. We absorb information by sight, detecting patterns and making connections that can improve our retention and recall of what we learn. One third of students are visual-spatial learners. Backstory I’ve always taking handwritten notes to capture and remember things I’ve read and learned - but it wasn’t till I started attending developer conferences that I saw this as both a self-care tactic and a networking tool.
